Cables?

Hi,
With the pad off, I founded a couple of cables and connectors that I don't know what they do.

This with cable near the main light switch.


This green cable near the fuse box


This connector near the fuse box.


Black connector near the fuse box


This black connector near the main light switch.


Orange cable near the passenger kickpanel ( I put red tape because as 12V constantly)

I think the orange and whites cables near the main light switch and the passenger kickpanel are for courtesy lights. My light is also missing on the passenger side.
