Re: Kop Hill Climb

Hope the weather is going to be kind this weekend - I'll be attending the Kop Hill Climb event on Sunday and taking the Vette up the hill Yes

Any BBCN members (or members from other regions going?) come and have a chat if you are - its a great day with cars and bikes from the Edwardian era right up to the 1970's Thumbs up

I'll see you there Ross, it's only a few miles away. Do you have a run start time?

20% chance of rain at present.

Shall I bring some tools?

Alan

Re: Kop Hill Climb

Just a few images from what was initially a damp day at Kop Hill yesterday. Didn't deter several hundred bikes and cars from the early 1900's upwards. A few CCCUK members from BBCN region were there too. Great fun - I simply love the aero engined cars. That Pierce 4 banger 1909 bike was valued at 100K plus.

Good pics Ross. It was a good day and your car sounded great leaving the start line. The organisers did a really good job, especially given the amount of mud in the public car park.

It isn't timed Barry - classed as a 'demonstration' event only (being held on public highway rather than under the 'new' closed road legislation passed earlier this year)
