Because the thread title is at the top of the post. It was edited to remove the supplier's name. Basically the same as all the posts

Sorry Frank (and OP) - but Guy is correct in what he has done - the club can't be seen to publicise what may be adverse remarks about a another party - in this case a supplier (and certainly without a fuller explanation). In a situation like this the OP would need to 'invite' the supplier on here to explain his version of things. That isn't going to happen is it? What you guys PM between is fine - no issues.
Its the same as someone buying something from you Frank, and unhappy about the carriage come on the forum and post his complaint up without any prior discussion with you.

Good evening Ross,

No need for the analogy, I first asked the question as to the company name as I've spent the last three mornings ordering from one company that I've only used once before and wanted to know if I needed to check my bank statement like OP. If my second edited post had ***name deleted*** inserted then there would not of been a third post.
I'm going into the garage to press some new bushings on.

I have had good experiences on a few small parts with the company who shares a name with a big South American river. Not co.uk but the .com version. The shipping and total costs are always clear and they have been correct so far and much quicker than others. Shipments from others have been as described but one took a few hours to cross the Atlantic and then sat for 3 weeks at LHR before I was asked for duty payment.
