Engines built with tighter clearances like a -30 oil. Which is just about anything made these days.

Older engines with more generous bearing clearances or age related wear prefer a -40 oil.

Thanks for that Felix.Yes I am pleased with it.

The intake is part of a system called Forced Air Induction, that was made by A/O Engineering in the States.

Supposed to give another 15% power over 80mph!

The engine has been dynoed at 305bhp, so it must be doing something.

In the end I went with Classic Oils Classic Muscle Car 10/30. Supposed to have over 900ppm ZDDP, so it will hopefully do the job.
