If you look/search on the Rockauto website, 5060810 (Dayco manufactured) is not for a Corvette. Their Dayco part number for a ZR1 is 5060805.

Sat 13 Jan 18 21:32 Re: C4 ZR1 1990 - Serpentine Belt Fitting Issues Not sure on the C4, but with my after market setup it can be a question of adjusting the Alternator to facilitate the Belt placement and even removal of the Alternator Pulley and then, replacing the Pulley with the Belt already on it.

You are concluding that Customville have sent you the wrong (too short) belt. However, looking at this, you should expect a new "correct" belt to be shorter, because the old one will/may have stretched. Whether it will have stretched by 30mm, I do not know?
