spotted in Naples, Florida

I saw this car at a local show while on annual pilgrimage to Florida.

https://t-rexsoftware.com/50th/Williams/index.htm

Impressed by the workmanship but eventually decided it was wrong

Have now just done some web searching and found it is not the only one in existence, over 200 apparently !!, none in the UK but one in Germany

Yes, definitely "wrong"! Seen a few of those over the years, all in the US, but they don't do it for me at all I'm afraid.

Always nice to see something special, this one is a little more nearby, and a great owner!

And you guys have seen the 789's, usually built around C5 and C6 frames.

Noooo! Sorry, that's awful Very Happy

I love (would love!) a real '59 Impala, and we very nearly had a 57 Chevy, but that mix of two... Nope!

Lol well I have to say I find the green one kinda cute. But then I visit Naples almost annually so maybe it is in the blood Smile
