I like this one

A hippie sidles up to the urinal next to an old weathered Texan and asks "Are you from around here, man?"
"Yes, son, my place is down the road apiece."

"Is it a big ranch?"
"I reckon you'd say so; I can set out in the morning in my truck and not reach the other side of the property before dark."

"Oh wow, man. I used to have a car like that."

Thank goodness for that! The world has been waiting for a 200mph SUV and I have no idea how we have lived without one...

Re: Interesting Article

At the end of the day it is a Jag and Listers in the year 2018 - may be quicker - but 27 years ago a GMC Typhoon was pulling 0 to 60 in 5.3 secs straight out of the showroom, you had to learn to drive it, put your foot down the turbo came in and the rev limiter cut everything, so you had to drive it slow to drive it quick, good fun smoking off the competition in the wet from a standstill in a 4 by 4.

Re: Interesting Article

It's a lot of extra money to boast how much horse power you have that you're never going to use........ They could probably make a fortune just selling Lister badges silly
