Brought my self a hand held vaceum pump/gauge the other day to check out all the various vaceum diaphragms and hoses...surprising how many leaks I found..with the 30yr old hoses suffering the most...new pipes all round is the job for the next few days.then test it all again. Should certainly help with the fuel mixture when it's done.

Maybe they should be satin... but hey they were stained and had peeling orangey coloured laquer on them now they are shiny shiny... I used a two mop metal polishing kit I got from machine mart
