2015 C7 Stingray

Hi. I am importing a Convertible C7 from the US. I already have a private rear plate 52cm x 11cm which I would like to fit on the C7. Is this possible & is there enough space on the license plate area to accommodate it ? What are the dimensions of that area ? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jack ....I have a USA Import, The Original Plates where 30.5 cm X 15.2 cm
I had my own PP to go on and had Creatmyplates [Other Plate makers are available] do the rear 30.5 X 15.2 and the front is 30.5 X 8 cm that size suits mine not sure I'd want 52 on the back of mine lol
see how it looks on the C7 Forum under a post "Some subtle Mods to my C7 Stingray" Hope that Helps

Re: 2015 C7 Stingray

The size you are quoting (30.5 cm X 15.2 cm) is the standard UK number plate size. For imports where the standard plate is too big for the aperture, you can legally use a plate measuring 13.5 cm x 15.2 cm using the motorcycle font.

I canít supply you with the number plate aperture size as you requested as I donít have a C7. Someone here should be able to but I would imagine that the smaller plate will look better.

A word of warning Ė if you tinker with the plate size and/or font, you run the risk of having the personalised number taken away by the DVLA.
