Regional Representative News

We are pleased to welcome Ian Meredith as new regional representative for BBCN, (Bucks, Beds, Cambs and Northants). Ian had been organising informal meetings of BBCN members recently and has now decided that he would like to take the rep's role on permanently. Welcome 'on board' Ian we are very pleased to have you with us.

Alan Lewis has kindly offered to 'caretaker' the Thames Valley Region until we find a permanent replacement for Alan Farnce (who as we know recently stood down)

Kind regards, Ross

Hi Ian,
Welcome to the team Smile
Ditto on the offer of assistance.
What I think you could do straight off is start looking fr a deputy whose duty it would be to simply sound out your regional members on a casual basis regarding there experiences of shows they have already attended, collate that info for you. Basically involvement if you ge tmy drift

Re: Regional Representative News

Hi Ian,

Top marks for taking on the formal role for the BBCN region. I am sure you will enjoy the experience, just don't get too downhearted if you don't always get a good turnout at events you organise! Numbers tend to vary a lot - in my case from as few as two or three up to 18 as was the recent case at the Helmingham Show in Suffolk.

Cheers,
Barry
