Problem using Website

Am I the only member who has experienced this over the last few days? When I select from the Main Menu (e.g. Recent Posts) it is most often giving me a white screen with the message:

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not query IM preferences table for extra info

(And it's slow)

There has been a strange and recurrent 'glitch' on the website this week - seems to last for a few minutes and when you go 'back-in' moments later it's cleared. Oddly it seems to affect PC's and Laptops more than Tablets or Phones........ Confused

Having a lot of bhp is all very well, but on these forums it's torque that counts

Just the same for me, couldn't get on it with the 2 PC's here. No problem now at the moment.

Hmm. Not sure what can trigger this. I'll do some digging. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Re: Problem using Website

Hi Ben - Working fine for me at the mo and very quick. I was getting the above message when I actually managed to get onto the site and selecting from the Home Page options. I was also having a problem getting to the Home Page. When I searched on CCCUK, and clicked on the search results link to the Home Page, I was getting a "white page" error message at that point also. Can't remember what the message was. Dont know if that helps? Regards/Peter. Thumbs up
