C1's, C2's & C3's.

I think we can all get a bit 'hung up" with seeking out 'Corvette specialists', old cars are just old cars and any decent mechanic with experience of working on old cars is more than capable of servicing and repairing our Corvettes.

In terms of mechanical issues like engines and transmissions, yes you are correct. Other areas like cooling, braking. rear suspension and bodywork although not 'rocket science' technology are generally outside the experience of many mechanics.
