Topcats Racing - Open Day

Calendar Event: 13 May

Our friends at Topcats Racing in Westcott, Buckinghamshire HP18 0XB have invited us for another visit on Sunday 13th May 2018.

Two of their technicians will be on hand to put your Corvette on a ramp and make a detailed inspection of those difficult to get to bits on your vehicle.

They will do this completely FREE, and whilst this is taking place you can enjoy a bacon sandwich or biscuits with tea and coffee.

Charlotte tells me there will be plenty of interesting customer's cars in the workshop for you to look at, and of course it will be an opportunity for you to catch up with your fellow CCCUK Members

Start time is 9.30 am with an expected finish about 2.30 in the afternoon.

Last year's trip was very successful and well attended so if you would like to go I'm starting a list.

Please contact me at events @ corvetteclub.org.uk and I'll tell them you're on your way Thumbs up

CLUB MEMBERS ONLY - if you want to go and you are not currently a paid up member please feel free to join the Club Clap

(Membership status will be checked)

Having a lot of bhp is all very well, but on these forums it's torque that counts

Iíd like to come along and have another ride on the ramps please.

Did it last year and had a little bit of work done their as a result.

Need to get my MOT booked in with them as well.

Many thanks,

Paul.

Do they do any work whilst we are there. I'm having trouble removing my drain plug so if i could get it up on a ramp we could get a better shot at it, obviously once undone it'd need and oil swap (i have the parts)

I'm sure that they will be happy to help you.

Even if they only slacken the nut and nip it back up.

But if you have a new filter and enough oil I expect for a modest (?) payment they will do that as well if there's time.

Buzz me an email with your name and club number if you want to go Thumbs up

I was down there yesterday - good for Vettes - classic and later LS engine specialists - race schooled engineers - friendly staff - good to look around.

Open day special for us Vette Heads this Sunday - early Bacon Butties and Coffee for all.
