Very deep pockets I imagine. I have seen better cars that required over £15k spending just to get near the level of a car you could buy for £25k. However, I guess some people like the challenge and perhaps not everyone wants a show car at the end of it.

Could be and probably will be a money pit. But if you can do most of it yourself it could turn out to be worth it.

I once lost 3 hats in one day, did recover 2 of them but they were in no fit state to wear.

Did it not occur to you to give up wearing a hat after loosing the first one ?

I must admit it didn’t. It’s a pretty common occurrence in FL with people driving convertibles, and of course you always think it’s a one off and won’t happen again. There’s always things flying out of cars as there wizzing along with the top down.
