See on the Facebook page, that (paid up) members need to apply for/download an emailed (free) ticket for the event. Quote:
If you click on the photo in that post by Julian, it takes you to the the booking website. Can't remember seeing those instructions on here, unless I have missed something?
I haven't seen it on here either but I did get an email with the info and a link to the ticket site.I dont understand.. that info was posted on Facebook 2 days ago but not on here?
Its only on here now because you stumbled upon it and shared it here (unless im missing it as well).
Whats going on???.. Its definitely not April 1st, im genuinely confused!

Seems like it's been overlooked on here.I dont check my emails that regularly... lets have a look... yes, i have an email.
Still puzzling, i thought the forum was supposed to be the main source for information over and above Facebook.
I believe the email has gone out to all Members, and therefor should capture all - But should be on here as wellA bit of an Ooops.. i guess you have to assume its a genuine oversight.
Julian, Apologies not required as far as I am concerned sir. In fact, please accept mine? No doubt I have received that email, and perhaps didn't read it properly or something like that. Thanks for all your great work! Peterplease accept my sincere apologies
Julian Thank you - it is no big deal, because you did in fact advise everyone by email, that in itself should be good enough, but what I have picked up from your post concerns me from the Club perspective, and is certainly not directed at you but any Representative of the Club posting Event information on FBDerek/Bobby and all members who use this forum, please accept my sincere apologies for not posting the link to tickets for The Nationals on here, it is my responsibility as Nationals organiser and my oversight that it did not happen. I did send out an email to all members with the link and I did, indeed, put it on Facebook as that is my main way of seeing information/questions etc about/from the CCCUK, as I rarely use the website I completely forgot to ensure the link went on here. I can assure you this is was a genuine oversight, not a deliberate act, as there is no benefit in deliberately alienating or upsetting club members and was certainly not my intention. I hope my apology appeases those who have been upset by my mistake. Julian Maxfield, Nationals Organiser. 07720 389480
No apology required Julian. Looking forward to my first Nationals. One question please. I have booked for the show on Sunday. Does this cover passengers as well as there was no option for amount of people in the car? I did notice that for non members the cost was including all passengers?Derek/Bobby and all members who use this forum, please accept my sincere apologies for not posting the link to tickets for The Nationals on here, it is my responsibility as Nationals organiser and my oversight that it did not happen. Hope you had a good time Rich there's some great roads in WalesCrikey.......I disappear for a few days touring Wales in the C*****o and I miss all this!
I am the main Committee member using the website, but that will change after the AGM. I visit the site 5 or 6 times a day to check all is well.
As Ross says, all Committee positions are up for grabs but I have had to be a little proactive and Secretary will make a full set. It's a relatively simple role but gets you onto the Committee where you can make a difference.
Still here until Saturday. Started in South Wales and now in Snowdonia. Black Mountain pass was fantastic. A44 great for picking up the pace. Loads more routes planned.Hope you had a good time Rich there's some great roads in Wales![]()
