1982 Corvette crossfire injection - £7500 ono

1982 Corvette, 5.7 litre Crossfire Injection imported from Las Vegas, auto, bright blue, owned by me for 32 years. Car is original other than replacement calipers and filters.

Car is non runner and would to be trailed away. Car hasn't been started for a couple of years, problem could be as simple as fuel pump (new one included with purchase) or fuse but could be something else.

Hi, I got the car as first UK owner and it was on around 35000 miles at that time. I guess this was genuine and it's been in my possession since.

Paint has definitely gone, I can send further photos to you tommorow if you like.

Engine turned over today but does not fire as no fuel getting to carb/injection. Gearbox and engine worked fine until car left for a couple of years now doesn't fire.

Andyuk - potential a great buy (not too far away from braking-up money) - yeah, OK so Crossfire injection that wasn't around for too long........some slag it off if it goes wrong due to the injection......but carbs can go wrong too, especially on later emission era cars. Most parts are available for Crossfire injection. Best join CCCUK and make yourself know at your local regional meetings.

I would of had it myself as mine is done for now. I do know a chap though he may be interested. Main thing though is have you checked the cage where ever you can and what have you checked and findings ?
