That’s a clever bit of engineering. I had a quick Google but couldn’t find too much about this car. It’s from Poland and has been around since at least 2010. Engine is a turbocharged with nitrous Chevy LT1 V8 putting out 1650bhp, drivetrain is from a GMC Typhoon suv.

Don't actually think one needs FWD to achieve potential 7 second times in an earlier vette - OK so perhaps a 9" Ford live axle and some serious chassis mods (plus, probably a big cube engine/heavily blown LS. Mid/high (9's are being run in the 'States with road going C3's.) -
