Brake lights not working on 76 coupe

Hi all, just noticed my tail lights stay on with ignition off and brake lights not working any thoughts please

If your 76 is the same as my 78, then the tail lights are meant to work with ignition off, if your lights are switched on. The brake light wiring is separate from the tail lights, so if they are not working it could be the Stop/Hazard fuse, brake light switch, a bad connection or a bad earth.
