Could members give me any recommendations for cheapest Insurance companies for 2019 C7....current Insurer is no longer insuring said car....no fault of owner.!!!

I haven't had a Classic car policy since selling my C4 in 2018. Was with Footman James/Ageas for many years. Looking at the Peter S Taylor website, looks like they are (still) a broker selling classic car policies provided by ERS, Hagerty (Aviva, Hiscox and Markl). So Howden not the insurer looks like? So how do you compare the cover on classic policies from different brokers/insurers? Got to read them/ask the questions I guess? You will remember one time/well known member Kevin (?) with the yellow C6? Had it insured with a "specialist" broker and had a bump with another car. He was "incandescent" to learn that the policy did not cover the cost of shipping on the body panels required from the US.

Just had the renewal in for my '68.....all engine modifications and aftermarket wheels listed (with small premium),1500 miles and breakdown cover....a 'knats' over £200
