C2 Tank Sticker

Just received this email -
"Hi Paul,
I recently purchased a used assembly manual and inside was a tank sticker for a Marlboro maroon 67 convertible.
I’m not sure if it is yours but if you want to give me some details and options for your car and any known history on your car we can try to figure out if it may be yours.
Thanks,"
I know my tank has been changed in the past but I also know it's possible to create a fake sticker!
What do you think?

If it is your tank sticker it would be very nice to reunite it with your Corvette. Don't divulge the VIN but if it has some options then listing them wouldn't hurt.

To create a fake sticker they would have to know all the details of your Corvette?

I have a partial tank sticker for my '71 LT-1 which I'm sure is not a replica so expect it to be in similar condition unless it was removed from the tank very early.

You could use this below for 1967 C2 and pick out all the makeup of it and write them down to build a list
and then below, click on this website

Select 1967 C2 and fill out and also select all the RPOs you see your C2 has from below
Then fill in VIN #, etc and for free it will build a window sticker for you to download, save and print out

Print these out, from GM engineering for 1967 model year specs

I think it’s the tank sticker not a window sticker that’s on offer. Plenty of option to have a window sticker done, tank stickers harder to get as they have to be aged to look real

Not a build sheet but making the window sticker allows the owner to have a lot of standard and RPOs shown
for that Corvette printed on 1 sheet as I just did using the above Corvette sticker website
