C5 bulb size

Might seem a really dumb question
I have aftermarket Xenon bulbs with ballasts in my 2001 C5. My drivers side sometimes has a moment to wake up compared to the passenger side.
Also when switching between high and low beam on a dark road, they take a few seconds to 'warm up' which is scary as hell!!!
So I want to swap them to an LED alternative (keeping with the times). But I just can't seem to simply find out what bulbs are used in both the high and low beams??? I keep getting mixed results 🫠
Am I right in thinking the low/dipped beam is a HB3/9005 bulb and the high beam a HB4/9006 bulb???
If anyone could help me out?
Also, what is required to gain access to the bulbs?

Looks like you've got completely aftermarket lighting units in there pal, so it's going to be very hard to tell you what bulbs to go for without knowing the type of unit (doesn't look like a Radio Flyer one as it's chrome?).

Best advice is pull the bulbs and see what's in there, post up a pic.

To get to the bulbs, it's easiest to just take the black shrouds off around them. 3 screws that's it and the slide off. You can get to the back from there.
