C6 Turn Signal Bulb

Hi all,

My turn signal bulb has gone on my C6 but I am not sure what bulb to buy!
I tried to remove the bulb and I can't access it without taking the wheel off; and I couldn't be less mechanically minded.
I notice that Halfords do a £10 fitting service so was planning on using that, but before I book it in, I wanted to know the bulb.
Reading online the bulb is 3157, but I think that's a US bulb, not one for a euro spec car.

Any thoughts appreciated?

Further to this, I just took the car into Halfords and they changed the bulb in under 5 mins!!

Trouble is now I have a 'Service Column Lock' warning; I don't believe in coincidences.

First check that the battery is good as low voltage could trip that problem
