Carburettor tuning on a 59 Vet

I am currently in the USA where I have just taken possession of a gorgeous 59Vet that could benefit from having the carbs tuned and balanced when I get to over to England in a couple of months. Any recommendations of people in the South East that can provide this service?

When you say "carbs'' (in the plural).......we perhaps are talking about an OEM dual quad option and therefore something perhaps rather 'special'? - as Nassau says perhaps (if you have the time before shipping) have someone out there recon/re-build and set-up carbs out there.......although tbh it isn't normally rocket science.
