The West Sussex region of the CCCUK meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month, every month. At the July meeting we discussed an option to try a new venue nearby - somewhere that offered excellent parking and wasn't too busy!
So, for the August meeting on Thursday the 8th we will be at The Coach & Horses, Arundel Road, Worthing, BN13 3UA. This is only half a mile east on the A27 from the Patching roundabout.

Sods Law but, be aware that the East-bound A27 carriageway here is closed for resurfacing after 8pm for a week or so. The westbound side has been completed (it takes 21 nights apparently). After this month there should be no more road works in this area.
I suggest if coming down the A24 to continue to where it meets the A27 and turn right onto the A27. The pub is a mile down this road.
If you come down the A280 Long Furlong, you will be sent on a long detour after 8pm to the Coach & Horses.
