Yes I have the retention certificate and all fees paid etc. It can go on a 1972 or newer car as long as it is 'K' registered or later. You can make a car look older than it is but not newer.
It needs to be on a Corvette really, I used to have it on my truck but farmers round here kept asking me to take a look at their cattle....
