Very costly replacement tires for the C8 Z06 and not until Spring next year

It’s bad enough getting hold of the C7 Z06 tires in the UK let alone C8 ones.

It seems anything black , round and made of rubber is a problem these days . I needed a pair of 255 / 60 SR / 15 BF Goodrich TA `s for the C3 . Started to make inquiries in early April , nada , zilch , nothing available in the UK anywhere . Was on two waiting lists and both their promised delivery dates from manufacturer kept slippnig and slipping and during that time prices went up 33% and then another 15% . I finally got a call from North Hants Tyres that they had finally received a container full of tyres from the USA so placed my order today 4 months down the line !
