Of course at one time American service personnel bought over American cars, now they bring over things like Toyota, Nissans, Kia etc very few actual American vehicles come over.

Had to go to a wedding at the lakenheath base earlier this year and was surprised at the lack of “American “ cars on the base. Pick ups yes, cars no. A sign of the times.
I regularly went to both Mildenhall/Lakenheath and upper heyford in the 70’s 80’s 90’s and it was full of proper US vehicles. How times have changed.

1720 miles and 32 MPG mostly keeping to the speed limit . UK specification C7 not sure if that’s US gallon or UK .
