Electrical problems

So my shiny 71 Vette imported from NYC came on Monday, now I realise I have purchased a 50 year old car and it will need some fettling!!
Any one help with any of the issues I have come across
Parking brake very poor- needs adjusting??
1 headlight wont come up- the passenger on! drivers side Ok but a bit slow
Horn wont work- now checking fuses
Heater fan not working- checking fuses
Anyone know where I can get the white/amber LED lamps from- these lamps I plan to put in the reversing lamp , then connect the reversing to one side and the signal to the other
Oh and I already posted need to find the Vin plate location

Parking brakes are always poor - if an auto it probably hasn't been used for years (since it originally seized-up most likely) - irrespectively budget for complete replacement of all parts including cable. Hubs you won't know about until stripped down - its not a very nice job - you'll only do it once though.
Check for vacuum leaks - rubber tubing gets hard and breaks-up on bends and fittings - check the override switch under the dashboard.
Remember to replace flasher unit for indicators and hazards with a led specific unit.
