This might be a long shot but I emailed Corvette Kingdom asking if they would take me on as an apprentice mechanic. I'm even prepared to move closer to follow my passion.
I know Scott at CK very well. I had the honour of working alongside him on my car recently, his knowledge on these cars is overwhelming. What a privelidge it was to be taught by the master even if it was for just one day.

Agree with Adtheman's post above. CK have been doing an outstanding job of looking after my '64 for over 30 years. And it's not that I go to CK because they are close - it's a 500 mile round trip from where I am in N Shropshire (good sheep country).
If you dont ask...you dont get! at least scott can see how keen you are on corvettes, what a fantastic opportunity that would be, you may get a call in the future.
