......not racing, just plain having some fun. As a club, we've been to VIR (Virginia International Raceway) several times just to run some hot laps, about 35-40 minutes worth is plenty for us. If not a trained professional race car driver, that amount of time for us for some flat out running, will poop you out, it did me.

The below PDR video was supplied by my good buddy Phil (since passed). In the photo, he's the silver vert Z06 on the right behind me (blk Z silver stripes) up front right side.

VIR is a 3.25 mile track. The video depicts the pace car, then myself, then the C6 silver vert, then Phil recording. We are not poking along here, but no one's crazy enough to wreck their car either.:eek:

It's amazing how effortless the later cars make those speed look! If I could get 130 mph out of my '78 I'd be hanging on for dear life!:D:D

VIR is a pretty track and some great elevation changes.
