As my 81 is now registered as a Historic vehicle can I officially drive through the Rouen "Low Emission zone" ??
And any where else to be precise !!
I know Stephen Irons (Hi
) can drive through this zone in his French registered Vette so can we do anything about this as a Club ??
Otherwise it's a re-route via Caen again in 24 for the 24 !!!!
