I know James loves this car, but personally I think it horrible. Yes, it was the 1970’s custom scene, but to me it’s still OTT.

Yeah man I absolutely love this car! A proper custom hot rod.

It’s hard to believe the driver of this 1966 427 coupe survived the crash that left this corvette a complete wreck.
Jan Berry of the surfing pop duo Jan and Dean crashed his 1966 coupe on Whittier blvd aka “ dead man’s curve” Los Angeles county CA.
They released a song called dead man’s curve about a race between a corvette and a Jaguar XKE a few years earlier. The Jags driver crashed on dead man’s curve.

At the NEC last year I had my '66 427 on the club stand when a 6' 10" American appeared and said "never thought I'd see a widow maker here" thanked me then turmed and walked off
