License plate lights

Hi,
Re 1989 c4, I have a problem with my rear license plate lights, tried new bulbs- no good.
I am not getting any power to the bulbs, is there a separate fuse for them or can I wire them into the rear light circuit which is working?

I broke down the wiring for rear lights
There is only 1 fuse for all rear lights as seen at the top of this drawing

There are 2 wiring connection points, 1 as you see is the light switch which feeds the 12 volts to all lights
Other connection for ground to all lights
So license plate light I point to you see is common with the wiring of the other lights
You need to follow the wiring for rear lights that splice together as where a loss of 12 volts to LP would be
else ground connection
