Hi All, while my door panel is off to adjust window I was wondering what folk are using to lubricate their window guides/ rollers , mine is manual and quite stiff to wind. A spray grease or silicone spray ? Any suggestions welcome. TiA 👍

I use PTFE spray on the runners and window gear on my C3 electric windows . Also use it on locks and hinges of all my cars . It is quick drying and doesn`t attract dirt etc to gum things up . It works and metal , rubber and nylon / plastic components . It is available in the WD 40 range as well as other brands .
