Power Steering Rack Refurbishment HELP PLEASE

I've posted a few times regarding my steering rack issues. Unfortunately, I'm now on my third rack in the last twelve months and still have a leak!! The two replacements were supplied by Eurovettes from ZIP in USA. Neither were fit for purpose. The first had very heavy steering at low speed whilst the second began leaking a week after being installed. I would like to know if there is anyone in UK, that is capable of refurbishing and reinstalling my OEM rack? It was working perfectly but the seal for the electrical connection had failed. Its been out of the car now six months.

If the leak is slight, try using Blue Devil power steering leak fluid
This sealer works very well, I have an old 1993 Caddy Deville that had a PS leak and this stuff sealed it over 1 1/2 years ago and first drive
and leak stopped and not leaked since

I know other guys that have used this vendor's stop leak products and also got good results
Is it possible there are different steering racks for the C6 depending on if the Corvette has active handling or not or
base C6 model is different for the Z06 or ZR1 ?

You would think the vendors selling you 3 racks would be assured they are sending you the right version and are new
are they selling you used ones ?
