Which is the best repair manual for a 79 Vette?

Most of the 'Vette manuals I've seen are rarely very specific on the jobs you're most likely to need to undertake on a year specific car. Something you're likely to find invaluable is the Assembly Instruction Manual (AIM) for your year - available from many suppliers; here for example, or you can download it in searchable format here. Couple this with the many detailed articles and videos on Corvette repair and maintenance on the Web and you should be able to find enough information to tackle almost any job.
