Run front DRL's all the time, disable aux/fog

Hey all, new C5 owner here! I'd like to run the front DRL's all the time and disable the aux/fog lights. Effectively running amber all the time. I quite like this amber/orange glow the car gives rather than the white when the headlights are up.

I've Googled around for this but nothing definitively answering what I want. Any ideas?
