Hi, in the zone now, my new seatbelts from CK have tidied up my interior so much that my shifter panel is looking a bit tired. What have people on here done to refresh ? .
mine is 4 speed with no a/c, , I could repaint the insert but l want to tidy the chrome and also want to re do the sliding ash tray lid etc at the same time, does a new one come with all the bits or just a basic panel. Any suggestions. Welcome

I stripped and repainted mine - see here. The result is OK although the raised chrome edges show some wear on close inspection.
You can buy a new panel - from CK for example - that includes the ashtray door and housing, though it ain't cheap! No idea what the quality is like; many reproduction parts are often less than perfect replacements.
