Spark plugs for 1979

Hi all
can anyone tell me where I can get a set of plugs for my L82 1979 coupe please,the engine is not modified in any way and a set of manufacturers spec plugs is all I am after in uk,have asked on line stateside and have been offered ten zillion different ideas on what I should fit thanks all

I believe the original plugs for your engine were AC Delco R45TS. You can get them on eBay here.

As antijam says, the original L82 plugs will be AC Delco R45TS. I haven't found it easy to get hold of AC plugs for an acceptable price, but, the Green Spark Plug Co is hard to beat for service and price.

They don't sell AC plugs, but they do sell the excellent NGK plugs, my maker of choice on my other cars for 30 odd years. The equivalent NGK plug is BPR4FS. TGSP Co will deliver, as I say, great service!.

If you want original spec plugs , I got a set of AC Delco R45TS for my 1980 C3 from Maibu Parts , Lechlade , Gloucestershire for at £14.95 each with free postage. It was the best price I could find after much searching and reading reviews on what was best to run on . Hope that helps.

Check out Rock Auto in the US. AC Delco R45TS for £1.08 each. Down side, got to pay Vat & shipping & wait 1/2 weeks. Various options, have a look.
