Unknown part

Morning guys found this part in the bottom of my door the other week whilst I was replacing the door actuator.

Everything seems to work in the door , window , locks etc so not sure if it’s been a repair before my ownership.
Any ideas what this part is cheers

That is either the window down/lower stop or upper/top stop should be 4 per door 2 per vertical runners hope this helps
