Whoopie Doo , Group C is back !!

Those of you linked to the Silverstone Festival website may already know this but Masters Racing is reserecting an international race series for 1982 to 93 Group C cars which I think were the halcyon days of endurance racing such as Le Mans 24 hour . This will feature rounds at Silverstone Festival , Brands Hatch and other famous international venues such as Leguna Seca .
So scenes like this taken at Silverstone in 2021 can be experienced again , but racing for real this time and not just parade laps . Maybe the Spice that had a class win at Le Mans in 1987 that resides in the same workshop as my C3 might make an appearance ???

I dare say CCCUK will have a presence at Silverstone Festival again next year so you could take advantage of the club display ticket discount scheme and watch the racing too.

Unfortunately more a case for me of not being in the right country at the right time.
