After 5 Corvettes … I’m back in a C6 ZR1

I recently Sold my C7 (a ‘Homage’ to the GTLM #3 Race Car) and got myself an AMG GT.
Today I saw this ZR1 with just 14000 miles
I’d had a Fully Blacked out ‘Black C6 Z06 ‘
Some years back
The Deal has been done with a Decent wad my way …. in trade in. I have made a list of Mods to Fully Black this one out to emulate the Z ….. on this 648bhp Tyre Shredding Monster
it’s an import so Good on Tax … Once you own a Corvette they are pretty reasonable to run …. There must be something about them this is Number 6 ….. I’m an ‘Addict’
There is No Known Cure lol

i don’t know how long it’s been Advertised ‘Oneball’ … you don’t see many there’s been one on Sale in Blue with 5k miles at £75 Grand for a Very long time …. This one just 14k
I only saw this today … rang and bought it … it’s Being transported in a Covered Trailer Saturday I’m busy making a ‘Things to do’
GS Creations Blackout kit and I’ll have hatch in Limo Black and the sides in a light tint
Lots of fun to be had this Summer

It hasn’t been Advertised long Peter … But like you Dave Sullivan who purchased my LeMans Blue C6 Z06 had seen it too … and it had Crossed his mind that I might be the Man for it … I knew I’d have to act fast if I was going to Secure it …. another fellow had pleaded for it to be reserved Today but couldn’t secure it as he was at work
I’m Chuffed Peter some Quick Clever Mods and it’ll be ‘Personalized’ to me
Looking like a Stealth Fighter lol 😆

Cheers …. I was Lucky Nassau65 to be in a Position to Buy it on the Spot …. It was going to go fast at that price
Once I’ve done my Mods it’ll look pretty special I think

The ‘Blackout’ has started …. The Hatch and Side Windows where tinted Today …. On Order from the States …. 4 X Tail Light Acrylic Blackout Covers …. 4 X Indicator Acrylic Blackout’s …. 2 X Front Fog …. and 2 X Reversing Lamp Acrylic Blackouts … a Front and Rear C6 ‘Centennial’ Black crossed Flags Emblems ….. and a C6 front plate Holder [ I have a 5 digit Private Plate transferring from the AMG GT ] I’ll be applying them as soon as possible ….
And I’m Booking her in for a double Din Sat Nav with Bluetooth and reverse Camera
That’ll be her all set up how I want her

Blimey No Wonder it looks Good …. “GM uses
$60.000 a Gallon Clearcoat on the Corvette ZR1” I thought it looked a bit ‘Special’ 😆

Well that made my mind up quick did a Search ‘SoCal’ first thing to pop up was this an Alcantara Brand New C6 Wheel on EBay
Instantly SOLD to that man … ME 😆
Had been £500 sold at £350 …. Excellent

Gone the journey… The Original Black Leather
Wheel … replaced by this ‘Alcantara’ wheel …
Gives a Nice Feel to it and looks a whole lot better too …. stitching in Blue to match the Accents happy 😃
