C5 no lights on dash no start

Hi guys my c5 was having electrical issues so I bought new battery , since then the car seems to drain the battery overnight had been giving the car a jump start but then I blew the 49 amp fuse I have replaced that but now there not even the security light coming in the dash when u open the door to make things worst the top is Down and the button that releases the top not working and help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Hi when you turn the ignition on but not trying to start the engine, can you hear the petrol pump start and the PCM briefly chatter?

… sorry that was assuming you have some power in the battery. Can you use your multimeter to check you have some voltage before answering the question and possibly put the battery on charge to get some voltage
