Everybody's jumping on the hybrid/electric sports SUV/ Crossover bandwagon these days - Bentley Bentayga, Porsche Cayenne, Lamborghini Urus and Ferrari Purosangue to name but a few. These all have model names that distance them from the maker's out and out sports cars. The Americans seem keen to draw on the power of the model name to encompass their offerings. Ford has already given us the Mustang Mach E. I'm not suggesting it's a bad car but to my mind it devalues rather than enhances the Mustang name. Be interesting to see Chevy's take on a Corvette Crossover - hopefully it won't wear a stupid french moustache like the Mach E......
