Hi Guys,
Not sure if this has been posted before. It is a little long but well worth a watch for anyone thinking of re-building a motor, and wondering about cam choice, or just a cam change.

Thanks for posting this Pete, I've just watched it. There's some interesting stuff there that I've not heard before. I did actually get a calculator out and do some of maths he talks about for my motor. I kept thinking he was Heston Blumenthal though
