Peter S Taylor (now part of Howdens insurance) have a limited mileage policy for classics that are garaged overnight and is a second car. I'm paying less than £200 for my modified Vette with UK breakdown cover.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I guess all owners have an insurer to recommend (and probably another not to) so I'll throw in my two cents worth. My '71 has been insured with Adrian Flux for several years and I search for alternatives every year at renewal time. Flux are always competitive.

There is indeed a very large choice for classic car insurance nowadays, compared to the 80’s it’s enormous. And of course the more there are doing/offering it, the more competitive it is for the end user.
