Wow that is nice, not seen the straps and brackets to the windows before, is it to do with a light weight body flexing ? ???

Under SCCA racing rules, windscreen and backlite bars are HIGHLY recommended for fixed roof cars. The concern is them popping out at high speed or in a collision. There is very little actually holding them in place.
