Long Legacy Of Front-Engine Corvettes Goes Silently Into The Night

Chevrolet has just built the last front-engined Corvette. The Last C7 was auctioned off and just yesterday, Chevrolet announced its building with a tweet.

So, from the first front-engined Corvette in 1953.....



....to the last(?) in 2019.....



...anyone spot any styling cues that made it through the last 66 years?

So the last one is a black C7 Z06 (not a "Stingray"). The 2nd last off the line is a white Stingray donated to the Corvette Museum, as you might have seen already?
