I've had two remanufactured power steering racks from ZIP in USA fail last year. Consequently, over winter I've had my OEM rack rebuilt and refitted here in the UK.
But, it has again started leaking through the electrical connection. I know this is a weak point and I believe other owners must have faced the same situation.
My question to anyone having successfully rectified the problem is: What is the best product and method to form an effective externally applied seal?
