Yes it is . Maybe something to look into for 2023 . I will look at some dates . I am trying to think up a few new things for the region but knowing most of our lot there will be prescious little interest . I got on well with the two brothers of Williams Brothers Racing who are based just a few miles from me . They are major league drag racers and specialise in Chevy V8 engines and did a proper set up and timing job when they fitted my new carb. I tried to set up a Saturday morning visit to their premises with a pub lunch afterwards but got only one reply of interst and that was from the far east of Norfolk not even in our region !!

yep this is exactly the problem ........ I have various C6 ZO6 race parts for sale on this site with no interest at all , had it been a Vette polishing cloth bag it would have gone straight away.......

It is very near Luton , I would guess Premier Inn with a beefeater next door is the way to go............ but we must make sure it does not clash with Speedfest and Nationals day !!!!!!! You need to pay entry and then around £25 to run up the strip , if you are staying close by around 4pm a lot of people head off home , then you have a good couple of hours where you can finish a pass drive back to start and run up again......... Wow.......... a high octane neibourhood
Yes indeed but then our village is slap bang in the middle of Motorsport Triangle with all the top Formula One outfits in the area as well as some very high end classic car and race car body shops dotted about in very discreet locations . An old Sporting Bears buddy has his workshop in the nexr village over from me and rebuilds things like race pranged Maserati Bird Cages and Ferrari 25o GTO `s . I have seen him turn screwed up Superlegaira ally body work into works of wonder !!

Me, only thing I didn’t do on the Vette was the rollcage. There’s a build thread here C3 Race Car Build
Had a look , I was the clubs Technical advisor on the Commitee for a while , when i bought my C3 it was the current model ,,,,, been in the motor trade as a mechanic since 1966 when i was 15 , started my own business when i was 29 so to have cars as a hobby is a bit of a busmans holiday ..... ive seen those C3 builds up close , one which is still ongoing after many years , not for me but very well done to get it to competition stage..... especially a C3 with a heavy chassis , very well done (y)
